    Charlie Fritsch is the Founder and President of MBA Capital Funding. He is also the President and Owner of MBA Hotel Brokers Inc., and Founder & President of Hotel Investor Apps. Charlie has 30 years of deep experience in commercial real estate development, management, financing, and brokerage. He has managed and closed hundreds of hotel real estate transactions and financings in the hundreds of millions of dollars, in more than 25 U.S. states and internationally. Charlie works in MBA’s Corporate office in Glenwood, MD.

    Capital Markets Advisor

    Mrs. Drehmer has 30+ years of experience in numerous areas of banking. Mrs. Drehmer was educated at Towson University. As Capital Markets Advisor for MBA Capital Funding, she procures loans for buyers of all types of hospitality and other commercial properties. Mrs. Drehmer has an outstanding track record of successfully arranging and closing financing for hotel acquisitions and refinancing, even on the toughest deals. Commercial Real Estate Financing

Beyond hotels, we also source financing for a wide variety of commercial real estate properties including office buildings, medical offices, retail, storage facilities, assisted living, gas stations, c-stores and more.

Closing Deals for Our Clients

We know that each property and project is unique and we work to understand our clients objectives so that we can find the best financing structure for their goals. The current challenging credit market may make obtaining suitable financing seem difficult, but we continue to close deals and get our clients the best funding for their financing goals.
